New World Writing Quarterly invites submissions in the first fourteen days of January, April, July and October, and publishes in those same months.
Submissions should be sent as attachments in MS Word format and should include a short 150–200 word bio note at the end of each manuscript submission. All rights (except NWW reprint rights) revert to individual authors upon publication.

FORMAT ETC.
Submissions should be sent as attachments in MS Word format. We tend to prefer work of 500 to 2500 words for online reading. Please include a short 150–200 word bio note on the last page of each submission. All work should be carefully edited, proofread, and spellchecked before submission. All rights (except NWW reprint rights) revert to individual authors upon publication. Many thanks for your interest.
We want to alert all authors sending work to New World Writing that our practice is to notify contributors whose work we are not using via a short form note. We hope this doesn’t offend. Given the scarcity of staff and the number of submissions it is simple necessity.
